PANews reported on September 28 that Sei Network posted on the X platform that REX Shares and Osprey Funds have updated the SEI pledged ETF application documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and set October 23 as the effective date. The ETF intends to provide SEI spot exposure and support staking returns. Previously, REX Shares and Osprey Funds also submitted similar ETF applications for NEAR, HYPE, SUI, AVAX and other assets.
