PANews October 13 news: Ido Ben-Natan, co-founder of Web3 security platform Blockaid, posted on X that since the release of the first-half report in August, the number of on-chain cybersecurity incidents has continued to hit record monthly highs. Attackers are motivated by profit, and attacking on-chain infrastructure offers the highest return on investment for hackers, and this trend will become even more severe as the funds available to AI agents increase. According to Fortune, Ben-Natan said the company is currently in its "busiest state ever," one reason being the sharp increase in hacker attacks. Separately, Nansen CEO Alex Svanevik predicted that by 2028, trading crypto assets through AI agents rather than manually clicking interfaces will become the norm.
