BNB Plus Corp. (OTCQB: BNBX) announced its strategic transformation from a pure digital asset treasury company focusing on the BNB Chain ecosystem to an operating company that provides open network infrastructure such as blockchain and Agentic AI to financial institutions and enterprises. The company will still participate in ecosystems such as BNB Chain in the future, but its strategic focus will shift from passively holding digital assets to infrastructure, integration and deployment services. BNB Plus, formerly known as Applied DNA Sciences, shifted from biotechnology business to BNB treasury strategy; as of July 30, the company held approximately 18,830 BNB.
