PANews October 20 news: The latest Citi research shared by Aave argues that viewing Aave merely as a crypto-native lending protocol is no longer complete. As tokenized assets, stablecoins, and institutional participation gradually enter mainstream finance, products such as Aave V4, Horizon, and GHO are driving its evolution toward decentralized collateral circulation infrastructure. The report notes that tokenization solves the problem of how assets get on-chain, while protocols such as Aave can further support the collateralization, financing, and liquidity allocation of these assets, and collateral circulation may become one of the most important application scenarios of tokenization.
Citi Research: Aave is expected to become the collateral circulation infrastructure for tokenized capital markets.
